By a phased development methodology and process integration, the websites are completed in their near final form. The site is opened for project staff, employees of your organization and select external individuals to test, verifying that everything works as planned. Our team tests the web site on different web browsers and operating system platforms to ensure the widest possible compatibility.

When problems are encountered, they are fixed and then testing begins again. This process continues until the site is ready for use.

As testing continues we will work with you to finalize the launching plan and the long-term maintenance plan. This way they are finished with the site, and not dealt with as side matters or afterthoughts.

During the final days of the testing phase the web site is analyzed under stress conditions (if applicable), to ensure the designated server is capable of handling expected traffic without failures.

After a great deal of work, we officially launch the site! Along with the requisite amount of fanfare and celebration, this phase includes site registration with search engines and the initiation of advertising (if applicable)

In-house training and education is provided to ensure adequate long-term maintenance, if outlined in the maintenance plan. Feature enhancement plans are outlined, and a tentative schedule for their implementation is developed (if desired).
