Depending upon the complexity of the project the updates are shown to you from 1 to 3 times in a week. We send you a note via e-mail as soon as the upload is made. You can check the updates and send us your feedback with changes or enhancements. Depending upon the volume of this we either schedule the changes to a later date or start working on it immediately.

During this whole phase you remain in direct contact with the project manager via mail, chat and phone.

This phase involves

1. Construction of the beta web site.
2. Integration of the web site with relevant current policies and processes.
3. Finalization of web hosting plans.
4. Development of the tentative launch plan.

Modification of interface and prototype until your approval
